Horrible office . High turnover rate. Short staffed. Avoid !!

Very dissapointed. I am an RN and was quite surprised at the condescending tone I was given when called to complain. A pt made an apponitment, but was ready to have some elective procedures done, but had some last minute questions and asked one of the staff her experience with the procedure she had while she was waiting for her appointment. Seems the dr's didn't like her "more than average" questions and then told her to go somewhere else. Perhaps as the years go by, you have forgotten some bedside manners, perhaps you have forgotten that no matter how simple, or elective of a procedure, that the pt has the "RIGHT" to ask, even, last minute.

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful and thankful I am to all of the staff that took care of my mother. I am so happy that she picked Dr. Robbins Eye Center to have her Cataracts done at. When I first walked into the office to take my mom for her consultation before the actual surgery, my initial reaction was what a racket they have here. My mother is 84 years old and was a little nervous about having this procedure done. Upon my mother going through each test, (which were quite a few), each person who attended with my mother was so caring and helpful, that it put my mother at ease. My mother had many question concerning the eye drops she had to take before and after surgery. Liz was always very helpful and always willing to take my call and answer each of my questions entirely and made sure that I understood. It didn't matter how many times I called, she would always tell me that anytime I needed to call that she would help. A week after surgery, my mother went to see Dr… Combest for an eye exam to see if she was able to drive. Unfortunately, at the time, she still could not drive but Dr Combest was so sincere in helping her to try to see the letters. She went back a couple of days later and got the okay to drive. My mother was very happy about that! Dr Robbins did the surgery and my mothers eye is improving each day. My mother is now going in next week for her other eye and we are both very comfortable that everything will go well and I know that should I need help with anything or if I have any questions that the staff will be there to help! Thank you again for helping my mom feel comfortable with this procedure and helping her to see again!

I had LASIK about two months ago and it was nothing short of life changing. I see better than 20/20 and having this surgery done at the Robbins Eye Center was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I even got a massage before my procedure!!! If you are having LASIK done, the Robbins Eye Center is the place to go.

I had gotten Lasik through Dr. Robbins and was terrified after reading some of the comments. I have to say, Dr. Robbins and her team are professional and accommodating. I did see Dr. Robbins the day before, the day of and day after the surgery. Besides that I was given great care by her team. Many people have mentioned she may not be the kindest woman.. I did not have that experience, then again I am looking for the best doctor not a best friend. I would refer her and have referred her to many people.

I had lasik done by Dr. Robbins and was very weary after reading some of the comments, but was quickly reassured by personal friends/family who had seen her. She may not be the friendliest person but I am not looking to make a friend, I wanted the best doctor to perform my surgery, as far as I know she has gone above and beyond my expectations. I did however, on some occasions (have had approx. 10+ appointments) received unprofessional/rude behavior by SOME of the front staff (never anyone actually performing the appointments) and when I mentioned it to Dr. Robbins/Assistant they were very kind and said they would look into the situation. So if you are looking for a great doctor, go to Dr. Robbins

Dr. Robbins is very professional and her new offices are very nice.

Dr. Robbins took great care of my Mom. Mom is so pleased with her results and with Dr. Robbins and her staff.
