If there is anyone you should see in this town for any of the aliments she covers go see Dr. Tyler.

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Tyler. She is extremely knowledgable, and understood my health problems very accurately. She also went above and beyond her own expertise to run a blood test that had never been run on me before, despite the symptoms, and found that I had a parathyroid problem. A condition that can cause serious problems if not treated. She's also very personal, and kind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know.

I agree with a previous poster, if your case is complex do NOT see Dr. Tyler. I love the office and her staff. Pamela is awesome. However, Dr. Tyler does not listen or just simply does not care about her patients. She needs to learn some empathy especially towards people who have been sick for a long time. I came to see her because my old RA doctor left the state. What a mistake! If your case is of a complex nature and doesn't fit into the typical symptoms she seems unwilling to continue to help find answers. Patients need help and shouldn't be made to feel like a burden.

Dr. Tyler is a very nice and caring young woman. My case, however, is complex, and she was definitely in over her head.I'm not thrilled with the office staff at Denver Arthritis. The X-Ray tech was very rude and rough with me, injuring me. Kim Tyler referred me to a pain doctor who had had his license revoked and whose PA had been cited for impersonating a physician. These folks are OK, I guess, for simple, easy to diagnose cases. But, their office staff needs a great deal of improvement and Dr. Tyler needs more experience, as well as taking more time with the more complex cases. The X-Ray tech there should be fired.
