We can't sat enough about Dr. Waarvick's dedication to treating and listening to the whole patient. He is a rare breed, we will miss him at Kaiser! He treated my mother with so much respect, with a gentle manner and deep professionalism. Maria & Maria

I'm am extremely sorry to hear Dr. Waarvick is leaving. He is the most thoughtful, caring, and patient MD I have ever come across. I finally found one that I like! He was willing to admit his blind spots (rare in the medical profession, where there are a lot of egos) and wanted to consider every step we made carefully. He also did his best to make sure that I got the best care, even if with another provider. You will be in the best of care with Dr. Waarvick, wherever he ends up after Kaiser. If you manage to be seen by him, consider yourself a very lucky individual. I will miss him for sure.

In my opinion you need to be very careful of this doctor . He does not stand behind what he says to you. In my opinion he likes to gossip a lot and not take care of you the patient.

I was very sick last week and the Group Health consulting nurse set this appt up for me. Dr. Waarvick was everything that other reviews have states. I like him so much that I am going to think about switching primary care docs. He was easy and so caring. He just was on it. Knew I was sick, apologized for inconvenience, called ahead to Swedish ER. It was a wonderful experience when I was at my very, very worst. A blessing to me.

Best primary doctor .............ever

I am a member of Group Health, and though it can be challenging at times, Dr. Waarvick is the light in the tunnel. He is fantastic. Compassionate, responsive, real, attentive and engaged. He makes me feel like he cares, he gets it, and he never rushes. If I come in for one thing, and end up talking about something else, he never diverts me and is able to make correlations and sees throught the mire. He is a thorough, excellent professional. Ego in check, no condescending attitude ever, unlike the male nurse practitioner I am sometimes forced to see due last minute stuff. Dr. Waarvick is the best.
