Dr. Kimber Lee Eubanks, MD

My husband has been a patient of Dr Kimber’s since 2018 and he has always been honest and forthright with us. My husband has suffered on and off with a bulging disk and has two epidural shots within the past few months. Unfortunately, they haven’t lasted very long so he will probably get one more. We have discussed the possibility of surgery if this last shot doesn’t work. If not, Dr Eubanks will most likely refer him back to our orthopedic surgeon. I noted the bad review below and wondered how anyone could say that. Quite frankly, my husband has nothing but good things to say about Dr Eubanks and his staff. They all have been very warm, friendly and professional. They have gone out their way to call us back when we had questions or concerns.

This patient and her husband wanted my staff and me to engage in insurance fraud. When I refused, they became abusive to my staff. I then referred her to another pain physician and discontinued our relationship.

Please do not waste your time going to this doctor. He is untruthful and does not have his patients best interest at heart. His office staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. If you are in pain and need help, you will do yourself a favor by finding a different provider.

I have experienced very good service at PainCARE. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Eubanks is very good at explaining things clearly. The nurses are very knowledgable and nice.

I was nervous at the thought of going through this process from the MRI to the injection. I should never have worried. Dr. Eubanks and his staff at PainCARE were wonderful! I am pain free and able to resume a normal, painless life.

I've had a few injections in my low back and neck. These treatments always give me a lot of relief. The staff at PainCARE are very nice and helpful!

PainCARE's office waiting room is relaxing. The admissions/office staff are very professional and personable. The nurses are very knowledgeable, Diane demonstrated excellent assessment skills. Dr. Eubanks explained the procedures and MRI results. He also completely listened to what I had to say. The "F" I gave as treatment results is no fault of Dr. Eubanks. It is a result of the significant condition I have. I knew that there might be a chance it would not help my condition. Everyone responds differently to treatment. PainCARE has a very professional staff and they all work very well together!

Professional clinic! They dot all the I's and cross all the T's as a new patient. I was impressed with all of the staff. The nurse spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. I received excellent follow-up not just 1 time, but all the time! My experience has been extremely positive.

I love Dr. Eubanks and his staff is awesome! Dr. Eubanks is wonderful and he always speaks to his patients before they have a procedure. The injections help me a lot. I always have a great visit when I am at PainCARE.
