Prepare to be rushed and not listened to. The exam with the doctor took 5 seconds (not kidding), most likely to be able to charge the insurance. Did the blood work during the visit, but no one called back for 2 weeks after the results were ready, despite calling the office several times and being transferred to the nurse to leave a message. Office staff in Bedminster is rude and unhelpful, lady hung up on me when I said that transferring my calls to the nurse line did not help in the past. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor/practice who cares.

Unfortunately, being a patient within a group of doctors means that anyone can deliver your baby. From the entire group of doctors I had her on call. She was very rude during delivery and not compassionate at all. For my second child I chose a different group and so glad I did!!

In and out. She doesn’t keep track of each patients history/notes. Absolutely careless.

She is extremely quick and careless. She does not spend time with her patients. She should not be trusted with your healthcare nor with your new born baby!! Extremely dangerous!! Wouldn't recommend her to my worst nightmare!!!

Dr. Austin is always on time - it's actually incredible. She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable asking her anything. Go in with questions - she doesn't know what you are thinking, but will answer every question thoroughly. After meeting with many of the Doctors at the Morristown practice, so far she has been the best hands down.

Dr. Austin is THE BEST doctor!! She has provided care for me during the best and worst times of my life while trying to have a family. She is extremely knowledgable, always there for you, and I'm so lucky that she is my doctor. I travel almost an hour from Flemington, NJ just to see her.

After my visit, I never got the test report back. so I called the office and was told I need to pay them fee to get my own test results mailed to me. I should have it at the first if they really do their job the right way.

The staff were very helpful. The facility was always clean. Initially i was hesitant to have "any" dr who was on call at the time of my delivery, deliver my child, but after meeting all of the Drs during multiple visits, I became comfortable with them all and felt confident with whoever was on call during my delivery. Dr. Austin delivered my daughter, and though I had minor complications during the delivery, she was calm, knowlegable and extremely helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to switch OBs, or to anyone who is currently pregnant or TTC. The only complaint is that as they are typically booked for appointments, unless you are a pregnant patient or have a complication/medical emergency and need to be seen immediately, appointments are very hard to come by. I have also received several calls to cancel appts and move my appt, which wasn't always easy to do with work.

I have been a patient here for many years and the care is always consistent and what I expect. Dr. Austen makes me feel comfortable even during what is for most people a very embarassing and uncomfortable exam. She makes me chat with her and before I know it, the exam is over
