Careless and unprofessional.

Had a visit with Dr. Kimberly Rutherford. From start to finish my experience was pleasant. Her staff is friendly and the office is clean. The office follows strict COVID19 measures - - very much appreciated. Everyone had their face masks correctly worn over the noses as well as the mouths. Dr. Rutherford was more than I could have expected. She has the best bed side manners - and we all know how important that is with our physicians. A+ in active listening. You don't feel rushed. While you speak and explain your situation, she is relaxed, and attentive to your concerns. A+ in communication. Clear, concise. She gives you information about your condition, shares her thoughts and comments. She explains what treatment plan you need, and why. A+ in competency. She's knowledgeable in her expertise. An excellent Ear, Nose, Throat oncologist.

She assumes everything. Does not look through patients history, stating I was on all these medications that we prescribed 1 time to me about 8 years ago. Very incompetent and not knowledgeable at all. She told a patient their deviated septum and collapsing nose was no big deal. Thank god I went elsewhere and they said it was so bad they don’t know why someone would say that. She pretends to listen and also told the patient she had anxiety and couldn’t do the surgery ! Well of course if you can’t breathe through either nose, yes anxiety would be high for any normal human being. Just STAY away! She tries to send you elsewhere, don’t go! Office staff very rude, was not clean at all and did not take COVID protocols seriously. Didn’t wipe down anything. It was really gross if you want to catch COVID this office will definitely make sure of that.

Dr. Rutherford is an incredible surgeon! She completed a scar revision for a trach that I got 2 years ago. All I can say is that not even 2 weeks later, you can barely see the incision. I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Doctor Rutherford! Norman Marchand Jr.

I went to Dr Rutherford looking for treatment on facial scars from acne when I was younger. I found her to be patient and a great listener. We discussed treatment options and ultimately I decided on a conservative treatment plan that I am very pleased with!

My daughter broke her nose and saw Dr. Rutherford for surgical repair. After the surgery my daughter had difficulty breathing so we returned to the office. Rutherford checked her nose and said everything looked fine. She still could not breathe so we went back but had to see another doctor at the practice. The new doctor looked in her nose with a scope and immediately said the repair was not complete and she was scheduled for a second surgery the following week. Rutherford was rude in the office and on the phone. Office staff was ok, it depended on who you got. I do not recommend due to lack of follow through and completeness

I went to Dr. Rutherford with some unusual problems and questions related to her field. She was a great listener and looked me over and gave me a piece of mind that nothing was serious but, if it changed to come back immediately. I thought she was caring , considerate and new her field well. I would highly recommend her.

I went to see Dr. Rutherford with a post nasal drip. The drip was causing a cough for over a week. When I asked her to look my chest - she said it was not her responsibility. I felt like she only wanted to do as little as possible. Ignored some of my questions. And, generally not that caring about what I was telling her. Not recommended.
