Rude, disrespectful and snarky staff. Unbelievably long wait times, 4 hours, 6 hours, and the last was only 3.5 hours because I got up and left. NO ONE even noticed! I work, too, Dr. Wilson. I have to adhere to schedules. SO SHOULD YOU! And, you're not that good. Plus, your husband, hard to believe I tried to see him too, but he is worse than you are. Retire! Go to Florida and let a professional doctor work here.

On my first visit I was there about three hours. Dr. Wilson wrote me three prescriptions, with instructions to take the first prescription for 30 days. If that didn't help, get the next second prescription filled and try it for 30 days. And if that didn't help, get the third prescription filled and try it for 30 days. When I called to make my next appointment, I left three messages, waiting several days each time between calls, but never received a response. Now for the good news - when I found another doctor and requested my records be transferred, they responded quickly !

Didn't really have an office experience...I called 6 times within two days on the line for appointments and the line for the operator. All six times it said I was the first in the queue and my call would be answered by the first available representative. Then, a voice came on saying that this person was unavailable and to leave a message. How are the appointment setters and the operator all busy, all of the time...really!!! This is a place of business...either you need to hire people who can attend to the phones in a timely manner or if you are that busy, hire more people! I would have been a new patient coming from another state...Thank goodness I didn't get through to make an appointment! It's a shame, maybe a great doctor, but the office staff isn't letting the patients get to you.

Dr. Wilson will call you on a Sunday her goal is making the patient feel better and testing to find out why. Dr. Wilson takes time with you to get a total picture so she can treat you as an individual.

While this Doctor is supposed to be good, Her office is very poorly run. Our first visit, we waited 4-12 hours before the Doctor ever came into the exam room. Today we have been waiting 4-1/2 hours past the appointment and still have not seen her. This is no way to run a business. We will never return.

Dr. Kimberley Wilson is solely responsible for saving my life after about 6 years of looking and seeing doctor after doctor. She has been the one to care, to look into possibilities that other docs wldnt take the time to research and to continually go above and beyond for me and for that I will be eternally grateful!

I have been looking for an answer to all of the mystery symptoms I have been having over the years. Multiple Drs. had dismissed the idea that there was an auto-immune disorder or only treated the issue in their field. Dr. Kim took an extraordinary amount of time with me to get a full history. She did a thorough exam and though she came up with fibro-myalgia right away, she didn't stop there. She did extensive blood work and finally after years, I now have a diagnosis. I have never had a Dr. who listens more thoroughly than Dr. Kim. Because she spends time on every patient, she runs well behind schedule and appointments are hard to come by, but she is worth the wait.

Wait time to be seen is awful!! Sometimes hours. BUT I tolerate it because she is so good with you once you get with her. Still, she should not schedule appts every 15min. One time, I waited over 2 1/2 hours, then left. Saw her and her husband hustling out of their car in the parking garage, just coming in!!

Dr Kimberly is outstanding and makes it just about worthwhile suffering through the utterly terrible office staff. Noone answers the phone, requests for assistance are met with petulance and long, slow exhalations, everything is too much trouble. This office runs like a Model T Ford that's never been maintained - appointments are laughably vague, you WILL sit for hours waiting. That waiting is, in small part, due to the fact that Doctor Kimberly is attentive and thorough - there is no sense of being hurried through an appointment here to meet with insurance requirements. However, the waiting, in large part, is down to the shiftless office staff. They will shuffle and groan inexorably toward the slightest of tasks, grunting and huffing the entire way as if they are making Herculean efforts. They would give nightmares to Time and Motion professionals. I can only imagine they have compromising photographs of their employers, anywhere else they would be fired without delay.

I have seen Dr. Kimberly Wilson for years and she is a caring, kind doctor but she always runs late. I have waited over 3 hours after my scheduled appointment to see her. When I checked in for my appointment, I asked the front desk if the doctor was running on schedule, and they "didn't know". While Dr. Kimberly apologizes for being late, a 3 hour wait time is a LONG time!
