Dr. Kimberly Ann Adams, MD

Do NOT by ALL COSTS go to this doctor clinic. You will have the worst experience of your life. My nose is now badly infected due to NEGLIGENCE by this doctor’s office. This office needs to be investigated and I am thinking of opening up a suit against them. It’s been over a month and a half trying to get an ENT setup for a bad nose infection. After seeing them, they will tell you that they will send it over, but they don’t. You will have to wait 3+ hours every single time you go to their clinic. Every appointment I had, I waited at least 3 hours. Then you will not even get what you waited for as they tell you they will do it later and they never do. I stopped by their office over and over and over in person and they never got it done. You can’t call in because it goes to someone overseas that can’t help you whatsoever. Finally, I was told to do a telemedicine appointment to meet with the doctor to get what I ALREADY PAID FOR and saw them for and never was done at 8am on a… weekday. Then I got a call that they can’t do telemedicine and I would need to show up in person. When I showed up in person, the doors were locked and nobody was there. After waiting for over an hour, I had to leave. I came back in the afternoon, nobody could help me. I then came in later and was treated with disrespect by Benny at the front. He claims they have CIA or FBI or something on them and will make up any excuse for why they can’t help you. I demanded and refused to leave and he was yelling at me and I kept asking him how they could be mad at me. I recorded this conversation for my records. Kimberly Adams came out and said she would “Do it later” and I refused. I waited in the office and forced them to do my labwork and my ENT referral. They said they did. Well guess what? This week for my ENT doctor appointment, they told me THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE REFERRAL from Kimberly Adams office and the referral for the MRI was wrong. I’ve seen a lot of doctors and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor’s office. DO NOT COME HERE.

I had a 9:30 am appointment and waited 4 hours before I left because I was told it would be another 45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable! My time is just as valuable as hers. Totally disrespectful to her patients that were waiting as long as I was. How did she make the top docs list because I am questioning the authenticity of the rating?

Disrespectful , rude staff. They don’t care about your time. Beware to wait for 5 hours. Don’t even bother wasting your time.

I hesitated in writing my review, hoping to give Dr. Adams and her team time to make improvements in the many areas that fall short of providing successful outcomes. I have been hung up on twice by her office manager after reminding him that I am not his sweetie nor his dear and that he can call me by my name while trying to resolve to get a referral sent to a cardiologist after waiting 2 weeks with no referral, leading me to have to postpone a scheduled surgery. Only then to have my name used condescendingly to add insult to injury. Appointments have to be monthly for chronic medication, yet it takes more than a month to schedule, so then your SOL in getting your necessary medication, and you either have to do without or you're told you can go to another doctor. I have tried for days in a row to try and contact the office, to no avail. I like Dr. Adams, but ultimately she must take responsibility for the crew she employs and the care they offer her patients.

The doctors staff are uncaring ,they don’t return phone calls ,they don’t answer the phone ,they do nothing but promise and not deliver .I have never been so dissatisfied with a doctors office staff.

Not a review. Gave 1 star to be able to trigger this portal in order to ask a question. I'm on my mothers HIIPPA form and would like to speak to Dr. Adams regarding my mother, however I have seen 2 different addresses for Dr. Adams, and have tried 3 different phone numbers, none of which work. (I am keenly aware of the extremely poor reputation of Dr. Adams' office staff.) Does anyone have a current working number for Dr. Kimberly A. Adams as of or as close as possible to Feb. 1st, 2020.

While in the care with Dr. Kimberly, i receieved the worst service. She failed to fit her patients in at accomodating times to see everyone. When you have an appointment, you'll be waiting for hours. I made an appointment and was sat in the lobby for over an hour then was escorted to a room where I had to wait for over an additional hour plus and didn't even get a chance to proceed with her. She over books and schedules too many patients to have to sit for hours. Its unprofessional and inconsiderate after running a whole bunch of test and coming in for appointments that run hours on end without even getting a chance to complete a thorough process with her. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Never saw the doctor, and the staff didnt appreciate MY attitude! Of a doctor and their staff truly value their patients, they make every effort to respect the patient's time as well as their needs. Now I'm without a doctor AND my prescriptions, but hey, they don't care.

Terrific doctor. Listens, discusses helps. On the negative comments on office staff from others, I found them friendly, helpful and fun but yes they are busy....good doctor, only one of her. Get it. Have some patience it is worth it.
