Let me assure you that any “good reviews” cannot be real and have to be from Dr. Bay herself. She is not a good doctor. There is a reason she is accepting new patients. It’s because no one wants to go to her. I wish I could get my money back from the wasted visit that we had. She left a voicemail on my phone with another patients medical information and then tried to lie about it. She’s very rude and she doesn’t even introduce herself. She just slams into the room out of breath and stares at the computer screen the whole time. Chop must be desperate for doctors. I’ll drive farther away to avoid the practice from now on.

Experience of me and my children was terrible. Was too busy trying to parent MY children that she did not help them at all. I am an informed consumer and in a medical profession, so she should get off her high horse and realize that she is probably rarely the smartest person in the room. She was flip, unkind, condescending and generally unpleasant. She did not help with the specific things we requested. I would not recommend this "doctor" to anyone at all. I will never take my children to her again. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I certainly would.

Highly knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. My kids adore and trust her. Best pediatrician my kids have ever had. I was surprised to read some bad reviews on line because we have been very pleased with her. She's thorough, genuine, and truly cares about my kids. We feel blessed to have found her!

Awful experience x 2. Both times felt unheard. Was so busy pushing agenda that she forgot to check my Child's ears or palpate his liver to check for enlargement. Said some extremely unprofessional and uncalled for things at both visits, and my mom (patients grandmother) was there to witness as 2 appointment and she encouraged me to change pediatrician practices.
