I go to the Upland office, staff and physicians are so friendly and nice. Very efficient.

Love the doctor, dislike the office staff. If you can get through them, Dr. Bekemeir and Dr. Smart are great

The worst office I have ever dealt with. The office staff is rude, unorganized and completely incompetent. They never faxed over the info for a referral to and E.N.T. for my daughter. The front desk scheduled a nurse visit per doctor request for my sons shots and when I showed up, they turned us away saying the Doctor must see him again! I called and left a message with their answering service and they put it down as a no show. I showed up to another appointment and my labs had not come in yet, so the rescheduled me and put me down, again, inaccurately as a no show. Mirabelle is the absolute rudest person. When I tried to explain to her that I needed to reschedule and had spoken to their answering service to reschedule the day before my appointment because they were in a meeting in the middle of the day SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and she said, she could tell I was about to curse. I told her I was not but if she would just stop talking and listen, she would have known that. The… front desk has no idea what they are doing or how to record keep. The doctors are great, except for their hiring skills. Without a decent office staff to back up the doctors, the doctors are pointless. I would never trust my family's care to this office again. Its a waste of time and nothing ever gets accomplished.

The office staff here has a frown on their face the minute you walk in as if you are putting them out, further more, I called about a prescription and there voice mail when your on hold said 72 hours, I waited a week and a half and still did not have one. It was something that I needed badly, not just an antibiotic. The staff was very very rude and unprofessional and really didn't seem to care one bit. I wouldn't recommend this Dr. mostly based on the staff, but when I went into the office the man Dr. seem to see there was an issue but ignored it. Again I wouldn't recommend this office at all.

So glad I found this wonderful and caring Dr. She answers all your questions and gives you solutions to any medical issues. Her office staff is always friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more than that.

She is very nice and thorough in regards to answering questions and finding a solution. She listens to you, looks at you and makes sure you are aware of any issues going on with your health and what remedies there are. I can't say enough about her. I hope I have her for many years.

I have only seen her twice but so far both of my experiences have been great. I did not have to wait long and she spent as much time as I needed with me and was caring about concerns and sought out solutions.

Love Dr. Kimberly Bekemeir. She's very thorough and attentive. Her staff is awesome. I would greatly recommend her.
