Got very little information after exam and almost nothing after MRI as I had to ask nurse what was found. Patients do like to know what is going on and I feel like I am being kept in the dark.

Neither this doctor nor her nurse care if you're in pain. I called about my extreme pain due to kidney stone surgery and they were going to refuse to see me for a week. I had to insist and remind them that not seeing me as soon as possible would be unethical before they would see me sooner.

She's not the kind of Dr you recommend to family & friends, she's not only abrupt but, down right rude & she has O patience.. I went to Dr. Kimberly twice & that was enough.. I found another Urologist that has been not only very helpful, but, kind too.. That's all patients ask for is help & to @ least be treated with respect.. Dr.Kimberly picked the wrong profession in my opinion..

I called to make an appointment with a urinary tract infection that my own doctor was not able to get cleared up and had referred me. The office staff told me there was no appointments available for 4 months, told me to call someone else, and literally hung up on me.

Dr Berni was ok at first when I started seeing her over 5 years ago! I have had Bladder and kiddney problems all the time she did help keep infections farther apart. Now since I have Fibromyalgia the prolapse Bladder is so Bad. My infections were less but other problems arised!I got another opinion from another Doctor and My Prolaspe Bladder is Bad Probably Surgery!I have told her Im in pain and told her about back hurting all the time ect. At last appointment she yelled at me in front of my husband totally enbarresed me. That was It!Very Rude!

Saw Dr. Berni for kidney stones. Very uncaring and talked me into surgery that was more painful and unnecessary. Would not recommend her services.

I do not have anything good and nice to say about this doctor. I believe she is in the wrong profession. She is not qualified as a doctor. Patient should avoid seeing her.

i had kidney stones and I had no problem (knock on wood) she is great and you can tell she cares about her patients.

She know how to find out whats wrong and really helps you! Very nice and smart! Really asks questions and suggest things with lots of feed back!
