You have a patient by the name April driver she is abusing & saling her medication as drugs an she has a child in her home she is an alcoholic an she defly clearly does not need any of them she loses her meds all the time forgets everything can't even go to her house because she will blame you for taking her stuff especially when she drinks while taking her meds, I had a video of her saling them but she ended up stealing my phone, an she came to my house threatening me to get me fired from my job, saying she gone make a police report an just overall trying to sabotage everything I have going for me because I'm going to tell the truth about her, the main reason I'm doing this is because there is a child in her home an he is autistic, she barely pays attention to him she puts him in bad situations, an her ex boyfriend Don Gibbs can also tell you the same.. an she needs a pill count as well ASAP an to be tested as well, she brags about getting these narcotics an saling them as well her… name is April driver figure out what's going on, y'all have a blessed day!!
