I had a telehealth visit with Dr Burgess. She used to be friendly but I will not be going back. I told her I could not see her face on the telehealth visit and she laughed and said it shouldn't matter, she can treat me without me seeing her in a snarky tone. What an awful bedside manner to have. When you reach out to a Dr., you are looking for someone to have compassion and be understanding. She was over 30 mins late for the appt, so not sure why she would be rude instead of apologizing for having someone to wait so long. It seems as if some people forget that their job is to serve to public. Learn to take a deep breath and not carrying your negative feelings into each call. We are all living through covid, not just you.

Four years ago I needed to see a urologist but, as many people, wasn't too happy about this. I did my research and found Dr Kimberly Burgess. By taking care of the two issues I had...SHE GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK!!! I was soon back at the gym, back to running and doing my sit-ups. Bada-Bing-Bada-Boom A shout out to her trusted assistant Brianna, who is awesome. Luv you guys, Joe

Wosrt visit ever to a Dr , she was every mean, and and no knowledge on ic like her profile said, I would go back there again, or tell any to see her, I don't want to give any stars to the dr,,

She always seemed to be in a rush and didn't seem to truly listen to my concerns. Horrible bedside manner and an overall disappointing experience.
