Dr. Kimberly Krista Caperton, MD

Dr. Caperton is an excellent doctor. She took her time explaining my condition, in layman terms, and was very patient in answering all my questions. She truly lets the patient participate in the decisions of their care and treatment. At no time did she make me feel rushed during any of my office visits with her. Prior to surgery, she took her time in going over exactly what she would be doing during surgery, patiently answered any questions, and was very calm and reassuring to ease any fears. She did an excellent job with my surgery and took extra steps to ensure long-term success of my condition. She was very attentive when I contacted her during the weeks following surgery and was quick to respond to all of my questions, offering solutions and assistance to make recovery easier and more successful. When I forgot about my post-op follow up visit, she had her staff contact me personally to make sure I was alright and encouraged me to continue to come in for the post-op visit the… same day and seen me right away. Dr. Caperton is a very caring and compassionate doctor, who is very knowledgeable in her field. She goes above and beyond to develop a professional and trusting relationship with her patients. She exhibits a very personable and upbeat attitude and maintains a genuine smile on her face at all times. I proudly recommend her to everyone I come in contact with that discusses anything ENT related. It's often difficult for me to find a doctor that I am completely satisfied with, but I'm so happy I found Dr. Caperton, I have the utmost confidence in her.
