Dr. Kimberly Sue Carlson

You cannot trust this staff or "doctor" with your health. Neither the doctor nor the staff are able to process the simplest of tasks, without multiple mistakes. No one (including the doctor) listens to the patients nor are they able to read or follow written instructions. Dr. Carlson just doesn't care enough to be any good. She lacks basic medical knowledge, that could be hazardous to the patient. Top it off with front office staff who are rude and arrogant. Do yourself a favor, and find another doctor.

Dr. Carlson didn't even give me a proper exam. She is not refilling medications. Her staff is difficult to work with and rude. I don't think she can handle complicated medical issues to be honest and I will not be seeing her again.

She listens and works extended hours. convenient for before work or after.

I should have considered previous reviews seriously. That was the worst doctor visit ever. The receptionist was rude and made me uncomfortable from the beginning. I will never come back again and stay away from her office.

Horrible experience just calling her office to see if she accepts an insurance. condescending and rude.

I am almost 30 and haven't ever found a PCP for myself after moving away from home. I don't have a lot of health issues so it was so infrequent that I would need to visit a DR. and when I would a minutclinic was good enough. I was extremely nervous to search out and find a DR that wouldn't scold me for being so lax in making sure I have continuous medical care. Now while I was initially very disappointed with the process of actually setting up an initial appointment and felt like an irritant, I went through with the appointment. DO NOT BE LATE!! I had to forgo my first scheduled appointment and reschedule because I didn't realize they wanted me there 30 minutes before my first appointment instead of the normal 15 that I'm used to, this was my error, and I won't fault them for that. I respect a place that sticks to a schedule because it ensures that I will be seen promptly, and I was. Once I finally got to see Dr. Carlson I was pleased with how comforting and calming she was about… getting up to date on my medical history. I have had 1 follow up appointment since then and another scheduled all with in 2 weeks, so scheduling is actually very easy to do and I'm pleased with how quickly appointments get scheduled. I'm glad I didn't read reviews on her before I went because I probably would have went in with a bad image in my head. She seems to be an impressive Dr.

She saved my life by finding a cancerous lump just in time.

When I asked about a medication that she was recommending to me, she told me to google it. She didn't have any pamphlets or the patience to explain it to me.

I went into my first appointment with Dr. Carlson feeling nervous and scared. I had come from a horrible experience in trying to find a new Primary Care doctor after my doctor retired. I have had several chronic medical issues and my concern was finding a compassionate physician. When Dr. Carlson came into the exam room, she had already gone over my records thoroughly and started talking to me about a medical plan. She treated me with respect. She also was very knowledgeable about both my conditions. I knew immediately that I was in good hands with Dr. Carlson as my new Primary care doctor. I also have had no problems getting appointments and the office is lovely with a great staff. I am so relieved that I found her.
