Spent and unnecessary fortune! The right hand does not know what the left is doing. If you are a self pay individual, do not waste your time, they have no compassion or understanding.

Was 10 minutes late to appointment. The claim I was 1 hour and 10 minutes late. Refuse to see me. I then schedule new appointment. It is months before I can see them again. I go and this time they say that my appointment was not scheduled for a full body scan and they don’t have time for that during this visit. I then make another appointment. I go and they tell me my appointment isn’t today but it is tomorrow. This time I was prepared and show the text on my phone for my appointment confirmation and the original business card with my appointment written on it. They say the tried to call me to change my appointment but obviously failed to contact me and why was their automated confirmation protocol still trying to confirm my appointment? Again they want me to reschedule. I told them forget it that I was done. I am a stage 4 melanoma survivor and don’t need the hassle to wait 6-8 months of musical appointment chairs to see a dermatologist.

Dr. Cayce is the most caring and thorough dermatologist ever. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She is the best of the best from acne treatment to derm fillers. I highly recommend her!

Dr Cayce works with Dr, DeSpain and he is almost impossible to see so I went to Dr. Cayce as the receptionist suggested. I have been going to this office for 19 years. Dr. Cayce is very cold, aloof and pretentious. She made me feel very uncomfortable and was not friendly. Needless to say i have moved on to another Dr. in CoMo. I just wish Dr. DeSpain would of picked a nicer Dr in his practice because he is great!

Dr. Cayce is the best! She is an extremely professional and caring doc who takes the time to listen to you.
