I have been a patient of Dr Crawford since 2014. She has always been attentive, professional and an effective guardian of my health. Bless her.

'I have been a patient of Dr. Crawford for eight years. I have had many Doctors over the course of my life. I rank her higher than any other Doctor I've been associated with. She is smart, thorough and professional. I would refer her to anyone needing a Doctor.

Dr Crawford is the kindest and most compassionate doctor out there. She has a sweet soul. This is why I have been a patient of hers for over 10 years. I refer everyone to her.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Crawford for several years. I was never overwhelmed by her, as a physician, but we continued to see her because it seemed easier than finding a new doctor. However, we recently learned she wasn't capturing accurate info in my husband's medical records. Upon learning this we made the request to have her correct the info. During that visit she said she would make the updates. Since that time, she will not return calls or respond to portal messages. We have attempted to contact her for 6 weeks and have only been given "let me check with her" from the nurse. It's very disappointing that a physician would treat a patient of many years this way. I do not recommend Dr. Kimberly Crawford, if accurate medical records and responsiveness are important to you.

Dr. Crawford listens to what you say and doesn't rush you. She genuinely is concerned for the well being of her patients. She explains things thoroughly to you and knows the right questions of the patient to determine a treatment plan if needed. I was recommended to her many years ago from my then cardiologist and he didn't steer me wrong. She is the best.

Dr. Kimberly Crawford is the worst doctor ever in Dr. Arash Tirandaz's practice. The front desk staff is extremely rude and not accomodating. Dr. Crawford has horrible bedside manners. On my first visit as a patient she just walked in, didn't even introduce herself and just looked at the computer. She didn't ask me any questions. She showed lack of concern and no care for the new patient. Dr Crawford is also not knowledgeable at all about anything. SAVE Yourself. Find someone else. On my second visit even though I was on time, I waited outside and because of the staff's inefficiency they told me to go home as the doctor didn't have time to see me. How crazy and horrible? They even took money from me first when I walked in and the doctor didn't see me. This is the dirtiest and worst practice ever. I would never go there again. Please find another doctor. THIS PRACTICE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Absolutely love her! So thankful to have her as my doctor. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed during your appointment. I never leave with my questions unanswered. Most compassionate doctor I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend her!

She is kind, smart and a strong Christian. The staff at her office (IMAP) is amazing. The front office girls are friendly, the PA's are awesome and the nurses are very efficient. I recommend her to all my family and friends.

Dr. Crawford has done wonders for my family members. We had searched so long to find a doctor who listened, cared, and truly worked with patients. We feel so lucky to have found her. The office is beautiful. She works with some of the very best and most famous primary care doctors in Plano (Dr. Hammack and Dr. Tirandaz). The front desk and billing work like no place else. The staff is kind, caring and always smiling. They have an in house lab and results of lab tests come back usually in the same day or next and are always posted to the portal. She also works with two PA's who are excellent and I feel that I am blessed that if I am sick and Dr. Crawford is out of the office I can see one of the PA's. She is very ethical and is a strong Christian.

I have been Dr. Crawford’s patient for 10 years. She is the most kind and compassionate doctor. She always has an appointment available when I need to see her and listens to everything that I say.She always eprescribes all my prescriptions in To my local pharmacy within 45 minutes after leaving her office. She is intelligent thorough and very funny and easy to talk to you thank you Dr. Crawford. I will be your patient for a very long time. Megan Ledford
