I met Dr. Crihfield for the first time today with an urgent, though simple problem that was causing me distress. Dr. Crihfield listened carefully to my complaint, and immediately diagnosed the problem and prepared a treatment, which was administered by one of the technicians. Dr. Crihfield then assessed the results and I walked out of the clinic a very happy patient, pleased that the solution was a simple one and the problem resolved quickly and easily. Dr. Crihfield is a very personable physician, with outstanding patient communication skills. She expressed care and concern the way we wish all physicians would. Though I had not met her before, and my complaint was a simple one, she gave me all the attention and treatment that I needed, as though she had been my doctor for many years. That doesn't happen often, and I'm glad it did. I would offer six stars if that were possible.
