Dr. Davies and Dr. Milliken have been my PCP since 2013 and I'm not going anywhere. They not only take care of the primary problem, they are thorough and treat other issues I didn't even think were that big of a deal. I even made Dr. Davies the PCP for my son and daughter. They both take their time during my appointment and don't just rush me in and out, so the appointment isn't quick. I would prefer that actually because they're actually paying attention and listening instead of seeing how many people they can get in and out in a day. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Everyone in that office has went out of their way to help and accommodate me, either for PA's, referrals, trying to figure out appointment times, etc. They even have a Facebook under Hope Medical Center as a way to communicate.

1) We do take Medicare. But, yes, we don't take Medicaid/KanCare, but most of doctors don't. 2) If your insurance didn't pay, and patient didn't pay, then yes, your bill will be send to collections (Like anywhere else). 3) Our EMR system does main billing (like most of other small doctors' offices), and if there are mistakes or any other issues than we are always going thru with patient and trying to fix it. 4) We all humans and if somewhere somehow you thought that someone rude or unprofessional, then please come and talk to the doctor about it.

Geeze where do I start.. I honestly feel that this doctor is very unprofessional, doesn't communicate well, has wacky mood and stress issues that make her incompetent and incapable of being professional. They have poor quality, unprofessional, unlicensed employees. They seem to have a problem keeping staff also (probably due to her ridiculous mood issues) They refuse to accept Medicaid/Medicare simply because "it's too much paperwork" (lol really?), their so called medical practice is run out of a crumbling old retail space in an old run down strip mall next to a thrift store. Just a really poor quality medical practice overall , I honestly felt that my health was at risk when I was a patient there, mostly due to her bad judgment and unprofessional manner.

Plain horrible! Even the "CMA" Ashely is rude. I don't think she is a real CMA ! The husband is always mad and rude (Michael) and the doctor is just a script writer . the lady in front Lana is no better she does billing also and she don't know how to do that. They charged my insurance and turned around and sent me to collections for the same bill that they billed the insurance

HORRIBLE! They don't know a thing they are doing! She (Dr. Davies) to look it up on the internet. Her staff in not licensed . Lana in not a billing and coding specialist . she has people doing billing and coding that don't know what to do. I have received bills for things that I never received. Their constantly saying the insurance isn't paying them when the insurance said they have. Insurance fraud at its finest. She will herself take ur vitals or have her so called "staff" and won't even see you so she can say she seen you. Misdiagnosis all the time.
