Dr. Kimberly Ann Donnellan, MD

I had surgery to fix my extremely deviated septum (medically necessary). She was unable to fix it, I knew that was a possibility, but actually made it much worse. Her after surgery patient care was extremely lazy to put it nicely. I was seen one time for a follow up where we determined the wound was infected and I was put on antibiotics. A week later I was still in extreme pain and it was clearly still infected. I called Dr Donnellans office to only speak to a receptionist and was told more antibiotics were called in...did not speak to a nurse or Dr and was not seen again. I had to reach out to another ENT to be seen in a completely different practice (Dr. Swain) and had to use an antibiotic cream and TWO more rounds of antibiotics. I am STILL in a pain and not healed and my septum cartilage is exposed and not going to heal correctly! I will have to have another corrective surgery for my corrective surgery. Very unpleasant experience and upsetting.
