Dr. Kimberly Joy Emerson, MD

If you're skin is not white you are treated second rate by this Doctor.

Dr. Emerson is the most wonderful Doctor that cares for her patients. She listens to what problems you are having. Best of all she will direct you to a specialist that she respects. She has saved my life twice now and I'm only 62. Both times there were underlying issues that test were not showing. My family thanks God for her everyday. Will never change doctors.

We just retired to the area and Dr. Kim came highly recommended by our real estate agent. Good luck trying to get an appt even if they are supposedly taking new patients. They take days to return a phone call, then say you have to submit paperwork sent via snail mail before they will set an appt, take forever to mail the paperwork, and then say you can't get an appt for a month. Very unprofessional in my view!

Dr Kim is very professional in her care, and tells you "like it is", which is refreshing with my health. As a retired nurse, I have worked around Dr Kim in the hospital setting and can tell you she is very professional in her care and her demeanor. I will not have any other physician as my primary.

She is a walking encyclopedia and amazing at diagnoses. She has called me with results and has gone the extra mile to provide the care I need.

I just called to make an appointment and received an automated message stating the office was closed and they are no longer taking new patients. Established patients are still being seen.

First appointment was very thorough and Dr. Kim was very careful to make notes as to all my previous conditions, medications, etc. and showed real concern about some lab work that I previously had. I trust that she will be my lifelong doctor because she loves what she does and takes the appropriate amount of time with each and every patient.

From my experience I feel that the front office staff was amazing and always tried their best. On the other hand the nurse in the back of the office always seemed disinterested in my health when taking down notes for my charts and always seemed frazzled. Dr. Emerson cares for her patients and wants to help make them better but at times I found her to be unprofessional. While waitinv on my appointment, Ihave heard her yell and curse at the employees to the point that they would be in tears, and then she would walk into the exam room like nothing had happened and everything was fine. I have been seeing Dr. Emerson for years and she seems to have a high employee turn over rate.

Most compassionate and understanding doctor I've ever known. Truly cares about her patients.

I have never had a doctor that I actually felt like they truly cared about my health. I was never big on "going to the doctor" for anything unless I was bleeding or something was broken. Dr. Emerson has made me a believer in a family doctor. A++++
