Dr. Kimberly Ann Funches-Jackson, MD

Dr Jackson has been my doctor since 2001 she is great. In 2015 when I had my son , I asked her about seeing him. At first, she said no she didn't want to get into pediatrics. I didnt give up, she finally agreed 2 years later and she started seeing my son. He loves her, we both do. She listens to us and does whatever she can to help us.

I would love nothing more than to give Dr. Kimberly Jackson herself a five star rating because I love her and how she is very concerned about your Preventative health care. But unfortunately I’m going to have to give three stars because of the extensive wait time I have incurred on my last previous visits. And also because I have seen three different Doctors on my previous visits when I use to see just one when I’m not seeing Dr. Jackson. I totally understand that there is going to be some waiting when going to a Doctor visit, but having to wait an hour before being called in the back and another hour after I’m in the back waiting to be seen by the Doctor is just too much!!! And I know that I might cannot see Dr. Jackson every time I have an appointment, but having to see a different Doctor on every appointment is not what I expected or signed on for. With all of this being said, I still think that Dr. Kimberly Jackson is a fantastic doctor with a great practice. I’m writing this… review in hopes of not causing patients to turn away nor potential patients to look the other way, but in hopes of it causing Improvement with the Doctor and her staff with the wait time and with patients (myself) having the choice to be seen by the same doctor if He/She so desire on any given appointment.

My experience has been nothing but a hassle, haven’t seen Dr. Jackson in over 2 years only her NP. The office staff is rude and not professional at all. All though her NP is nice their overall follow up is poor.

I am finding me and my husband a new Dr .this Dr .does not take the time to read your previous Dr records to understand what you are going through or have been through ..she told me she was going to send all my medications in and to later find out she would not call in but half of them. If you would not call in my medications tell me while I'm at your office .and she does not take the time to listen to you or what your medical history is. .will be finding another .

She did give me my meds i have been on for years and told she wouldn't give them to me see her one time then i get a letter today saying that i need to find a new doctor i did nothing wrong i just moved to phenix city and needing a doctor here so now i have to drive yo west point ga to a doctor all i have to day if that is the way she treat new patients but i can say i have find a really good doctor in west point ga

I give Dr. Jackson 2 stars since she no longer wants to see my mom. Instead we see Dr. Hughes. I'm not sure what's going on but Dr. Jackson is a good doctor just needs to check her honesty at the door. I understand being a doctor you need to be honest but telling my mother she smelled bad was uncalled for.

Dr. Jackson is the best Dr. around

No answering service or even a machine. Just WE ARE BUSY CALL BACK LATER.

Do not go to this office. Big waste if time for correct diagnosis.

The staff is more about themselves than their patients, worst experience especially when you are sick.
