Scheduling and office greeting when we walked in was fine meeting the doctor she was very nice but she never examined my daughter took her blood pressure or anything . We were new to the practice from another state . She did continue with her medication that she had been on for years until my daughter decided to try and do without the medication, she was 17. I was proud of her for wanting to try to live life without her medication but she realized within a couple months she really needed medication that she had been on for a few years. When called to go back on medication the doctor "office" refused to write a script and said " she's almost 18 go see a psychiatrist ". Are you kidding me! Talk about making someone feel worthless and they need mental help for being on ADD medication dice 5th grade and antidepressant since 2015. All ordered by her loving pediatrician since birth. Fast forward almost 19 still going through hoops, she fell in the cracks. I'm a nurse and… Administrator and Florida healthcare sucks! She is a teenager not a disease. I never give poor reviews but when you've been dealing with it for this long in fighting through hoops just to go back on the medication she's been on what's wrong ? I would never recommend her at all for the older teenagers completely clueless . I am sure she's very good with the younger ones that's why I brought her there in the first place because of the reviews very disappointed .
