Dr. Kimberly Noelle Hackney

Our son loves his doctor! Dr. Hackney is kind, patient and compassionate. She never makes us feel rushed and always makes sure that we've asked all our questions before leaving the room. Her staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and we never have a problem getting in to see her or one of her partners if she's out. There is no better practice!

I believe in vaccinations but prefer a "spaced out" schedule! So I took my child in for yearly check up. Was told (3) shots needed. I said I wanted to do (1) and wait on the MMR and others. Well pediatrician didn't like that. She insisted at least MMR and Varicella... Then in 4 weeks mandatory Hep. A... Then checked his Hemoglobin, Lead test and some other lab tests. Alot of pokes! I was told either give vaccines or he would no longer be a patient...quite rudely! I feel awful he's been given all these at once. Horrible sleeping and fussy. Feverish too, all the nurse says is "normal" The front desk has forgotten to call in a rx to the pharmacy and I had to call the exchange to do it. The front desk is not friendly in my opinion.
