Dr. Kimberly Lynne Henderson, MD

I haven't actually seen her as patient but worked with her as nurse. She listened to her patient & spent at least close to an hour with them at the bedside. That is rare. She also asked nurses how they thout the patients were doing & how the medication was working. In a time when policy dictates pain control it is nice to see a MD do what's best for patient rather than a policy that feels what works for 1 is good for everyone.

Worst doctor ever. Won't see her again.

Dr. Henderson is extremely kind, considerate and spent a lot of time explaining and examining me. I really appreciated her bedside manner, which was above average. My only issue was the wait time.

You never know what you're going to get when you go to see this doctor. She used to be more consistent, but now is very moody, forgets things constantly, then denies that she ever said them. Her staff is one of the worst I've ever encountered. One time my prescription was not written correctly and the pharmacy could not fill it until the doctor's office called them back with the correct strength. They did not call me or the pharmacist back for over a week, so I sought out a new pain management doctor.

The staff is curtious as long as everything goes according to plan, otherwise can be snippy. The wait is consitantly longer than the amount of time the doctor sees you. The doctor continues to prod and prob when did the exact same exam the visit before and did not diagonse the problem before, causing the patient to leave the office in more pain then upon entering.

Waited over 2 hours then had to leave and go back to work. Three hour waiting times to see the doctor when you have an appointment is not uncommon according to the front office staff. There is no excuse for this other than just poor time management on the doctor's part. Unacceptable for a doctor to run a business this way. Shows that she does not care about her patients sitting out in the waiting room. Will find a different doctor who does care about people...
