Dr. Kimberly Kovack Hurley, MD

I had a great experience with Dr. Hurley. She quickly diagnosed my ankle problem. My surgery went smoothly and I am back to 100% thanks to her.

Dr. answered all my questions and listened to any concerns I had. Sad she is leaving.

My visit to Dr. Hurley’s office was one of the best experiences I’ve had visiting a Dr’s office. The office was clean and I don’t think I spent 10 waiting to be seen. The entire staff was organized and professional and Dr. Hurley herself was extremely informative and directly addressed the problem I was experiencing. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Hurley fixes my bunion. I am back to all activity and my toe is straight! She was a great surgeon and I would recommend her to anyone.

I made called to make an appointment for a bunion that had been bothering me. When i called since, covid-19 is still a thing, i asked if they were taking non-urgent appointments, they said yes. I made my an X-ray and office appointment for my birthday because it was the first available. Two days later I get a call asking if I would be interested in a TeleHealth appointment. I said no thank you since I needed xrays. They attempted to strong arm me in to saying ok to a TeleHealth appointment. I said if possible I would prefer to come in. They said I might receive a call from Dr. Hurley canceling or changing the appointment to a TeleHealth. I said ok. I never heard back. 5 days later I went in for my appointment with my mask as they requested. I hand sanitized and kept my distance as they requested with the tape on the floor. When i went back the MA told me they attempted to call me and cancel my appointment and I never answered. I apologized and told her I had no missed calls. After the… tech came in and took my xrays and she was the only kind person in the whole office. Dr. Hurley came in extremely unprofessional, yelling at my how my appointment should have been canceled. She continued to tell my people from her office called for the past 2 days and they were unable to reach me. I told her I had no missed calls or messages. I told her the person I had spoke with offered both to me and I asked to come. Dr. Hurley accused me of lying and said no one in her office would ever do that. She told me since I am a nurse coming into her office, I am putting all her staff at risk for a bunion. She continued to tell me it was a waste of my time since they can’t do any surgery now anyway. She also told me it wasn’t up to her to not see me it’s against the law since it’s not urgent. She continued to accuse me of lying and tell me how I should not of come into her office and risk her staff. She finally decided to look at my foot. She wrote me a script for orthotics and told me to confirm my number with the front desk. I stopped at the desk on my way out and confirmed my number another person who was rude. She confirmed they had the right number and rolled her eyes at me. Meanwhile, they had a sandwich platter and food sitting at the front desk in the patient lobby. The food was not individually wrapped as per the covid policy. So they are afraid of me coming into the office masked and cleaned hands for a problem. But leave their food out where patients sign in and I’m assuming with continue to eat of the same platter as their co-workers. This makes no sense. I would never go back to that doctor again!

I thought I stepped on a stone but after 2 weeks the pain was worse. Went to my doctor and had x-rays done. No stone just a sewing neede..wait ...WHAT? Found doctor Kimberly Hurley on my insurance website. Long story short I had to get surgery because I walked on it for close to 3 weeks and it went extremely deep into my tendon. Having never had surgery or even a serious injury I was very nervous. The experience was so good as far as surgery can be. Doctor Hurley and her associates were so professional while still down to earth. I was in and out of Cooper Hospital same day. And 6 weeks later I am back to work and walking normal. I picked her simply because I wanted a Cooper associated doctor. What I got was a superb Doctor!! I would very highly recommend Doctor Hurley.

Dr. Hurley was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. She was compassionate I had an excellent outcome as a result. Highly recommended!
