I waited 3 months to be a room with Kimberly and she didn’t address my concerns and created an uncomfortable environment to where I felt unsafe proceeding with a Pap smear (what the appt was scheduled for.) I was referred to this place to begin addressing the hormonal issues I’ve been experiencing. I explained this when scheduling the appt, to the nurse taking my vitals, and again to kimberly when the appt started. I had assumed she would want to start with ruling out conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis. She only asked me if I had PCOS, I said I didn’t know, and She asked no follow up questions. She was extremely confused by me stating repeatedly that my goal was to address the root cause of my issue VS utilizing a temporary band aid solution. She grew visibly frustrated, condescendingly called me “sweet heart” several times, and stated that she didn’t know what I wanted from her despite me clearly stating exactly what I wanted. She spoke loudly to a hallway of admin workers… about the specifics of my appt and my BODY, violating HIPAA… I’ve never felt so awful and uncared about, honestly. And the entire time we’re talking, I’m in a transparent paper towel bc this place doesn’t even have gowns. It was a horrible, humiliating experience. I spoke with the office manager after to ask for my copay back since she didn’t do the Pap smear, and I was told the appt was scheduled incorrectly as if I went in their system and scheduled it myself… I was also informed that Kimberly was acting rushed and frustrated because the appt was only supposed to be 10 minutes…. A new patient appt. Again.. that’s not my fault? I felt so humiliated and upset that I regrettably began crying, and the office manager remarked that I was “hormonal.” If I could give Kimberly and this office negative stars, I would. No woman should have to endure that kind of treatment when seeking solutions to their intimate health issues. Do better.

The front desk miscommunicated badly what I was really there for so the appointment was a mess of them figuring out what I needed but didn’t matter she didn’t care. Then they inform me the doctor has to leave early but wanted to see me before she goes, I wish she didn’t. She came in and immediately was rushing to get out so fast, she was impersonal and didn’t care about my results. Barely cared to read the paper with all the information she needed. Didn’t let me get a single word in about my concerns, family history or questions. Basically told me “your stuck with it for life nothing we can do come back in a year to see if it gets worse bye I gotta go”. I get having somewhere to go but that’s not my fault. I left with more questions than answers, I felt defeated and scared. I felt rushed, overlooked and like my concerns didn’t matter. I canceled whatever follow up they scheduled and found a new place that takes my insurance. Never going back again.
