When we came to New Horizons in 2020, our 8-yr-old daughter could not walk or use her limbs because of chronic Lyme Disease. Within 10 months, she was back on her feet having completely recovered! Dr. Lentz and her team were a God-send to our family!

Incredibly manipulative doctor. Office was usually empty.

I treated with Dr. Kimberly Lentz for many years. This entire office is knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, listens with great interest, willing to go the extra mile, and they genuinely care about the health of their patients. Yes, it can take a while to get into this physician but worth the wait. Do not let the negative reviews (from what appears to be one very angry individual) dissuade you. Find healing within this office.

Responsive and nice, but not very thorough or wise in her treatment approach. There is so much more to health and wellness than antibiotics. I left with more problems and symptoms than Ihave ever had.

My family has been going to Dr. Lentz for 2 years and we are doing much better. This will be our 3rd lyme specialist we have seen. By far the best. She listens and she is compassionate. She is a wonderful doctor.

I went to 46 doctors over a period of 6 years trying to figure out what was wrong with me. She was able to finally give me my diagnosis of chronic lyme disease and start treatment. No doctor has ever spent as much time with me. My first visit she was in the room talking to me for 2 hours. I am improving with her treatment. The entire office is extremely helpful and kind.

I have been going to Dr.Lentz office every three months sometimes less and the are wonderful. For the first time in over 10 years I finally have a Dr that listens to me and understands what I am going through. And no matter how stupid my quest could be at times she never made me feel it was and answered it. Everyone their are so super sweet and understanding. It has been such a blessing that I found her to help me in my road to recovery and I know with all my heart she will get me there.

Dr. Lentz and her staff take the time to actually listen to you and make recommendations that take your idiosyncrasies into consideration. It is refreshing to have a doctor who values your input rather than treating you in a cookie-cutter manner. She thinks outside-the-box. Several times I have had a long wait, but when you know that each person is getting the detailed and sensitive attention you, too, will be getting, it is less irritating than it would be for doctors that over-book/schedule. They have a helpful and knowledgable staff.

All these negative reviews are obviously written by the same person in an intense effort to mislead people into thinking Dr Lentz is such a horrible person. If she is that bad, why don't you tell us exactly what happened so we can prepare, rather than go all over the internet writing the same negative reviews every couple weeks? At least she goes beyond the routine labs for answers, unlike many DRs. There is a lot of work involved in being a good Dr. And if she was that bad, she would very effortlessly send you home with a mental diagnoses and be done with it but she doesn't.
