Exemplary Physician who truly cares about her patients.

Had routine blood work done. Was told by the doctor to come in and review with her after I received report in mail. Thorough report in mail, but looked like one area was questionable and I needed to follow-up. Since she said to review with her, I made an appointment to discuss the results, When she came in the patient room, she asked me why I came in. Told her it looked like it said Follow-up on my report and was told to. Felt like I was not wanted. Pretty disappointed in response from doctor. The wait in the waiting room was reasonable, but the wait in patient room was very long-thought I had been forgotten.

Upon arrival, patients are given a sheet of paper explaining office rules on promptness - if you are 10 minutes late you are considered a "no show". Unfortunately, patients can't charge the office when waiting more than 25 minutes in exam room with door closed and no one bothers to let you know you are not forgotten. Doctor talks to adults as if they were pediatric patients - poor communication.
