Kimberly Diane Miller

I love being an audiologist because I enjoy helping patients choose the best hearing aids to meet their individual needs and because it enables me to meet so many inspirational people. \n Hearing has such a big impact on quality of life, not just for my patients but for their families as well. I love seeing the joy on patients' faces when they tell me they can hear again and how hearing better has helped them to feel more connected to their loved ones. \n I'm grateful for the opportunity to help patients at the Novant Health Cancer Institute, and there is something special about fitting children who have a hearing impairment with a pair of hearing aids and seeing the wonder in their eyes as they listen to sounds for the first time. \n In 2020, I moved from my hometown Houston to Charlotte, where my husband, Brandon, was born and raised. We have three sons - Paxton, Hendrix and Reid - and a dog, Ziggy. They all keep me busy when I'm not working. \n When I do get a chance to unwind, I …love being outdoors. I enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, painting, snapping photographs and watching football.
