Dr. Kimberly Ann Miller, DO

I would never recommend Dr. Miller to anyone, she was my mothers doctor while a patient at Heather Knoll nursing facility and my family holds Dr. Miller completely responsible for my mother’s death. On multiple occasions when we felt our mom’s condition was deteriorating we asked that she be sent to the emergency room each request was denied unless we insisted on it. Dr. Miller failed to provide the necessary medical care and spent less then 5 minutes examining our mom when she would come to see her. Dr. Miller is affiliated with multiple nursing facilities and is over extended to the point that she provides poor medical care. She was always rude when we wanted to ask her questions and acted like we were wasting her time. We feel that her lack on genuine concern for her elderly patients results in deaths that possibly could have been avoided which was the case with our mother. She is a disgrace to the medical profession.

The experience with Kimberly Miller was very disturbing. She neglected to send in an oxygen prescription for my mother who has congestive heart. My mother who is new to using oxygen had to wait 4 days to get her oxygen tanks and supplies. My family and I are very fortunate that my mother didn’t have a set back due to Kimberly Miller’s oversight.
