Dr. Kimberly Myers, MD

I don't know if Dr. Myers is overwhelmed or just doesn't care. I have attempted to get an efficient dosage on a medication for over 6 months now and trying to get a response from her was like pulling teeth. I even had to get the patient advocate involved. I finally gave up because I just don't have the time to send her reminders to respond to me. On a separate instance I had asked her about a treatment option that is fairly mainstream and her response to me was, "I don't know anything about that." Really? How about doing some research and giving me your professional opinion as I asked. I am still considering reporting her to the medical board. In the interim, I am tired of feeling like I am inconveniencing her with my medical questions so I am going to a physician who actually cares about his patients.

This is my third visit with doctor Myers and her sympathetic, caring manner is refreshing and comforting. She listens to me, asks questions to ensure that she understands my complaints and is not afraid to actually put her hands on me during the examination. So many care providers never touch or even look at the problem area these days. It's as if they're afraid to give a through examination. This isn't true of Dr. Myers. She is professional, competent and knowledgeable. She treats me with dignity and respect. I wish more providers were this conscientious. Thank you Dr. Myers you are appreciated. U. Stone
