Dr. Kimberly Ann Pettit, MD

I have a history of melanoma, so let's say that I have seen my fair share of dermatologists and I know a good one from a bad one. I moved across the country and tried two other dermatologists here in northern Utah County before I went to Dr. Pettit. She is one of the best that I have ever encountered. Her exam was thorough, she went over my history completely, and she followed up with me promptly. That said, it was her bedside manner that really sets her apart--she was unrushed, kind, and I felt completely listened to. She is MY new dermatologist, and I would recommend her to anyone.

I was referred to Dt. Pettit by a Family Practice Dr. When she came into the office, I was surprised she was female since I was there for a full body skin check. She was very professional, competent, and thorough. She removed a few skin tags and everything else checked out ZoZk. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

I recently went in to see Dr. pettit for the first time at her American Fork office. I have a small mole on my back that my wife wanted me to get checked so i did. I seriously do not know how some doctors can sleep at night. Dr. Pettit looked at it for about 2 secends and said it was fine. I asked a couple quick questions and walked out thinking that was quick, what a time saver. She literally spent about 3 to 4 minutes with me. Well today i recieved a bill for $106 even after my insurance was billed. I do not understand. I took very little of her time and she used no materials or medicines or anything. It just seems so dishonest to me.

Dr. Pettit is so sweet and very thorough. She takes her time and in genuinely interested in each patient.
