Wish 0 stars was an option. Worst medical “professional” I have ever seen. Never spends more than 5 minutes with me or my family members after waiting months to get an appointment and then long waits in the lobby. Forget about asking any questions because she is always half way out the door. And do not bother to try to get later clarification or even refill a prescription once she rushes out. Terrible bedside manner, lacks empathy, and so arrogant. My husband left the practice a long time ago and I should have listened. Stay away!!!

I don’t even want to leave the 1 star. Go somewhere else. Zero bed side, chastised me during my cancer removal, left a terrible scar my L handed kid could’ve done better w right handed scissors.

Thinks by patronizing clients and intimidating them she will gain client retention. What a joke!!! Zero professionalism....tells my daughter this isn't Burger King. What professional says that??!!!

Stay away from this doctor. She doesn’t listen and hardly spends few seconds. Missing lot of qualities in dealing with patients. Rude and arrogant. Never listened or answered. Don’t waste your time and money. Lessons learnt

I will start by saying that I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a physician. Here's my reason for Kimberly's poor rating: The office is run like a cattle call, getting as many patients in and out as possible for more $$$. Kimberly spends very little time with patient and family; in 2 visits, she spent less than 10 minutes total with me and my daughter. On our second/follow-up visit, my daughter and I waiting for over 20 minutes in the exam room and when Kimberly entered, she didn't acknowledge or apologize for the wait. When Kimberly entered the room for our follow-up visit, she did not greet us and asked where the tubes of medication are for her review. After she noticed the confused look on our faces, she proceeded to berede us for not following directions on a paper that was provided 6-8 weeks earlier. I have since canceled my appointment with the office and shared I will not be coming back. Front desk staff didn't… ask why so I shared Kimberly was the reason. I would suggest staying away from Dermatologists of Greater Columbus & Kimberly Radloff.

Dr Radloff doesn't take time with her patients to explain and answer questions. Had surgery for a malignant melonoma and had to return a few weeks later for what looked like an infection. She said "oh that is completely normal to have pus and bleeding from the site". If that is correct then she should have told me that after the surgery. She spent about 15 seconds in the room and then rushed off (which is typical for all of my appointments with her) . I was pretty upset with the lack of instructions so when I got home I called the office and told them what happened. They said I wouldn't be charged for the appointment, however I received a bill for $95 (and this is after paying over $1000 for the melanoma removal). I called the office about the charge and now they say that I will be charged. I will never go back to Dr. Radloff and tell everyone I know that is looking for a dermatologist to NOT go to Dr. Radloff.

I can tell you to cancel any appointment- I would stay away. I am in my 40s and have lots of suspicious cancer spots removed. I travel on a weekly basis and I’ve had several flights. After removal she told me not to lift anything over 5 pounds I asked her to write a Dr. excuse for extra assistance for my flight the next day. Keep in mind I had 30 stitches. Dr. Radloff said that my condition does not warrant it. I went to my flight & they of course go above and beyond to help me out. This made me reflect how little Dr Radloff did not. I recently had a cold sore. I have not had one for a couple years but have a history of them over 20 years. This is a condition that you need to act upon quickly, she told her nurse I needed to come in before she gave me a subscription for an appointment. I think she is only trying to make money amd not looking out for my best interest. I called a Dr. that had never subscribed Valtrex for me amd did immediately. With my close calls to cancer, this is… the last person I would want by my bedside. I have family members that as of today will no longer see her. I advise stay away.

We were new patients and she didn't introduce herself. She walked in and immediately began throwing treatments options out there for acne after barely looking at my daughter's skin. She didn't thoroughly explain each treatment options. When she mentioned accutane I was hesitant. She made a rude comment and joked to her assistant about my hesitancy to the idea of accutane rather than explaining and informing the patient. She said, "I'm sorry I can't hear you, my ear is ringing. It must be the accutane frustration." Then she proceeded to laugh. I don't think a parent having questions about a treatment option is funny or cause to be rude. This was our first acne appointment so accutane seemed like an inappropriate recommendation. I didn't express my opinion but just asked questions about accutane. She was extremely rushed and practically left the room in the middle of our conversation. No bedside manner. She's rude. The worst doctor I've ever seen. Do not recommend!

I had a cyst on my face that I had seen by two other dermatologists who didnt know what to do with it. I went in to see Dr. Radloff and she was very positive, had a great attitude and removed it on the spot. She did a great job and from the looks of it will leave a very small scar. She is great!
