Dr. Kimberly Lynn Ray, MD

She’s been my OBGYN for about 12 years now. She’s always been great to me and my family! She delivered my first child and is now going through my second pregnancy with me. She is and has always been perfect for us! She’s very caring and listens to all concerns and encourages you everything is good. She is very kind, compassionate, helpful. She has even prayed with me several times. Wouldn’t trade her for anything.

She is so kind and helpful! I have more issues with the nurses than I do with her. She always makes sure I understand everything, no matter what it is. When I was younger I was on birth control because of how irregular and painful my periods were, and she explained each different birth control to me. She helped me pick out which one best fit me according to medical history (I’m the only female on my mother’s side that hasn’t had cancer), side effects, strength, etc. I just recently found out I was pregnant with my first, and I plan on using her for my pregnancy. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had.

Run. Find another doctor. She is not interested in helping or listening to your problem. Don’t speak to her about hormones. You will get no help. Guess anyone is allowed a degree.

Dr. Ray is a really good OB/GYN. She is very personable, professional, and concerning physician.

Dr. Ray does not practice evidence based care. She has a high csection rate and uses fear mongering tactics especially if you question her recommendation for a csection. She will tell you that your baby will die if you don't follow her advice. Many of her patients who have had a csection developed infections. The medical staff even refer to her as the butcher. Have been using Dr. Ray ever since she started practicing. She is a fabulous doctor. From yearly check up to my pregnancy she has been all around fabulous.

She does not know what the word "no" means, when the One Step vaccine first came out she shoved the idea down my throats after I repeatedly said no due to it being new and I wanted to wait a year or so to see any problems may rise. Never tried to find out what was wrong with my irregular periods, just kept increasing my birth control dosage. Very judgmental on me being sexually active at a young age, her rude opinions and snide remarks were not needed during my yearly checkups.

IF you ever get them to pick up the phone for an appointment, you'll wait at least two hours to see a doctor! Terrible business management. Save your time and go somewhere else.

- threats, bullys to force labor induction , (DR.RAY rants" babys die when over due"), patient weeks from due date , with no rick factors and DR.RAY want to deliver on her day on call. Could it be she doesn't get a dime unless she delivers you. Very high C-section rate.

For starters, I NEVER leave reviews, so this is huge for me. Dr. Ray is a wonderful doctor. She's very easy to talk to and very patient. She has a calmness to her that makes everything feel tranquil and at ease. My husband and I are pregnant with our first child and she has made our experience so far very relaxing and exciting. She's great!
