Extremely disappointed with the doctor!! Spoke to Dr Ricaurte herself regarding insurance about a month ago and she said she was accepting new patients and took our insurance....Our 3 year old son is suffering terribly from asthma and allergies and needs to be seen by an allergist....The first appointment she had was a month out and we took it....Now yesterday ( a week before appointment) received a phone call from her stating we would have to find another doctor that she doesn't take our insurance...If I would have known that we would have never scheduled....She also can't blame anyone in the office as the appointment was scheduled with her personally...Now my son gets to suffer more because of her....Even on her website as of today it states that our insurance is accepted....I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT SEEING AN INDIVIDUAL THAT LIKES SEEING CHILDREN SUFFER BY LYING TO THEM!!! This is unacceptable and needs to be put out there.

Very good experience. Very friendly staff. Dr makes you feel safe and at ease. Explains everything in detail and easy to understand terms.

I had very bad experience. I took my 2 year old for eczema and she was given powerful oral steroid and cream which had bad effect on her body, swollen face,body and severe red rash all over which was not cleared for 2 months with any creams. She was treated with Antibiotics to clear the effect of that steroid. My LO's rash was not this bad in 2 years and she suffered a lot.

So personable. Great partner for Dr. Siri.

We have seen Dr. Ricaurte for several years. I have two boys with allergies and asthma, and there have been several times they have been quite ill with one or the other. Her office was able to work in appointments when needed, she prescribed what was needed and followed up to see how they were doing. She took whatever time was needed during the appointment to ensure the patient was fully evaluated.

I highly recommend Dr. Ricaurte. She went above and beyond to help my daughter who was having trouble breathing. She always follows up with us when my daughter is having issues. She is so kind and caring. Great doctor!

My Allergies and Asthma have been out of control for years. I may be allergic to everything at on point.... till I began an introductory treatment recommended by Kim. They are similar to allergy shots but they are drops you take at home instead of coming in all the time & now Relief! I have to say... No other doctor pays more attention and cares for their patients like Dr, Ricaurte. when my allergies are out of control I typically used to get sick instantly. she would call 1-2 times to make sure I was feeling better! not even my primary doctor does that.... So to those who claim she" didn't pay enough attention" ...... you must be one of those extremely high high maintenance moms with expectations that are unattainable. she is truly the best, I tied to use some one new when I moved. but the treatment and care was not the same. I still make the hour drive to her office #worthit

Dr. Ricaurte is a sweet concerned dr! Love her!!!!!

We went to Dr Ricaurte for routine food allergy tests. These went fine and I mentioned that my daughter was also having a strong cough fairly often. Dr began treating her for asthma and the medications weren't helping much. I felt that she had a hard time remembering details for my daughters situation and treatment she'd had my daughter on. I felt like she didn't listen very well and was hard to communicate with. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
