Dr. Kimberly Sue Royal, DO

I find Dr. Royal compassionate and attentive. However, her limitations she places on her own scope make me less confident in her ability as a doctor. She’s too quick to recommend specialists, and when the specialist refers back to her, she still doesn’t take over care. How can a patient be confident in a doctor diagnosis if that doctor doesn’t want to treat it? She’s friendly, and so is her staff. If there is a real problem however, I would recommend going to another doctor. If you just need a primary for basic check ups you’ll find this office to be perfect.

I can’t see this Dr anymore she has no clue about my disabilities I started seeing her when she first became a Dr 26 years ago and she was fine but as I became disabled and the disabilities became worse she has no clue how too be compassionate she will not deal with the regular health problems I have just keeps telling me everything is because of my disabilities she is ignorant and non compassionate with my regular health issues Because I’m disabled she keeps telling me I need too follow the rules and talks down too me I don’t know what happened too the fine Caring Dr I had before becoming disabled ????????

Felt very rushed when meeting with doctor royal.

Unbelieveable compassion and sincerity. She is thorough and diagnosis is right on. If she is unsure, she is quick to refer to specialist. We Loved Her and wouldn't think of going to anyone else.

I have absolute confidence in Dr. Royal. She is always willing to spend time explaining my condition to me, is courteous, thorough, and I feel like she genuinely cares about my health.

Doctor Royal is fine as a doctor. I've been going to her for 8 years. I'm leaving however because her staff and primarily her office manager are rude and unreasonable. I would avoid this doctor's staff if you value protecting your personal health information.

Dr. Royal is by far the best doctor I've visited

Her office staff is not very good and sometimes very unfriendly, but she is excellent. I've never had a doctor spend so much time with me. Plus I think she is excellent clinically. Hard to find both sometimes.
