Upon my arrival gor the first time, I was immediately put at ease. Dr Kimberly was patient friendly with professionalism that calmed my apprehensiveness. My questions were answered and things explained to me in a manner clearly stated. How can this be? Most efficient, professionalism and friendly demeaner along with exceptional quality care. The entire staff is exceptional. Kudos to North Suburban Derm!!!

First time patient. I was able to make a same day appointment for suspected poison ivy. The pre-screen information was easy to fill out using their electronic system via text...so convenient! I showed up on time answered a few questions, filled out some standard paperwork, and was seen within 10 min. Kimberly saw me within 5 min and quickly looked me over and diagnosed me with pain ivy. She thoroughly explained the medicine regiment and submitted my prescription. I was in and out less than 30 min. A very pleasant experience... coming back for a full body scan in November.
