One of the most amazing humans I have ever met. I have been Dr. Smith’s patient since 2011 and never once has she made me feel as though I wasn’t important. She is gentle, kind, listens to me and cares about what I say and feel. She has never undermined anything I had to say, and she always responds to messages in a timely manner. It took me some time to find a Dr as wonderful as Dr. Smith, and I am so incredibly thankful for her.

Dr. K. Smith is kind, patient, soft spoken, gives me an understanding for what I’m there for. I appreciate and respect her professionalism. Number one in my opinion.

Dr. Smith can quickly determine the problem and start treatment. I had a rare condition, and she spotted it right away. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! -It took 4 months to get an appt. After leaving numerous messages on voicemails with no call back I decided to contact Baycare's administration, and then I got someone to call me back. When I presented for my appt I waited 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room to find the doctor had left early for the day. Stupid me I rescheduled the appt. My next trip to the office, the advised the doctor of the issues I experienced with her office, but she didn't seem to care. She spent 10 mins examining me and then she stepped out of the room so she could consult with her Dad (Dr. Harris Mcllwain) when she returned she had ordered several tests and stated to followup in 1 month. It's been 3 months since the tests were done, no ones called nor can I get through for an appt to review my test results. DR IS INCOMPETENT AND THE STAFF IS HORRIBLY RUDE. I am an RN and I am embarrassed for her to consider her in the same profession.

She is a great doctor! Her staff is great as well. The wait time is short and it's easy to contact her via e-mail for questions or refills. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Smith is a compassionate, caring doctor who really listens before offering sound medical advice.
