I wish there e're NEGATIVE stars to rate with... Dr. Tustin should send her degree back to whatever .com school she bought it from. I had 3 fillings to be done and during one of them I was literally screaming because I could feel everything. They told me they had given me all the lidocaine they could and continued to drill and gave me a Hackey sack to squeeze on to through the filling. 24 hours later I was still in excruciating pain (I wasn't even in pain when I went in!), and when I called the office she told me it probably hurt so badly because I needed a root canal, that she'd drilled down too far and set the metal down on raw nerve and that was causing the pain. She said she'd drill out the metal filling and put in a white temp filling until I could get the root canal. 2 days later I was still writhing in pain and had to pay another dentist $800 to do a pulpotomy* (MOST of a root canal) & put another temp filling in - until i could get that root canal. I vowed to never… let another dentist drill on me. 20 years later I'm terrified of dentists and have kept my 'word'. I can only blame KTustin, and Medicaid -paid inept dentists. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to her.
