I have a chronic problem which as been getting worse. Dr. Washington did awesome job of conducting clinical assessment, asking questions, and developing a care plan which would help us to figure out what the problem is and what to do about it. She maintained fair expectations, while offering optimal care per her medical speciality. Thank YOU, Dr. Washington!!

If you place zero value on your time, then congratulations, you've found your next doctor! I waited 45 minutes for the appointment which was right after lunch, so she was 45mins "late" from LUNCH. There was no surgery this day, she just had a long lunch with a full waiting room. Nonetheless, I met Dr. Washington and we had a short office visit then I was off to get an ultra-sound. I've called her office 3 times, they've confirmed that she does have the results, but needs to read them. I can't get any response-none. So today i finally made an appointment with another doctor to read the ultrasound. The staff is great, and for that matter Dr. Washington was very pleasant. But 3 weeks to read an ulta-sound for a growth on my neck is way too long.

Dr. Kimberly Washington and the Staff at Highlander Surgical Associates are amazing !! Dr. Washington was very informative regarding my Hernia surgery. She was positive and honest which helped ease my fear of going into surgery!! She has a wonderful personality and a beautiful smile! I definitely recommend everyone to come to her ! The staff was always sweet with beautiful smiles and very helpful !! May the Lord continue to bless your place of business with many patients!!

Dr Washington is great. She explained everything clearly before and after the procedure. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. My appointments never felt rushed. The surgery went well without any complications. I went home that same day. There was never pain other than some burning when coughing, sneezing or moving the wrong way. The ice pack came in handy for those situations. I did use the ice pack and took pain medicine for 1 week. After 2 weeks, my incisions have almost healed completely and the burning sensations have begun to subside.
