Dr. Kimberly Barrett Williams

Great caring Doctor and staff. I started as one of her patients when she Moved here to Columbia.

I called Dr. Williams' office number first thing in the morning. I was on hold for 3.5 minutes before someone answered the phone. The receptionist asked why I was calling and I responded that I was a new patient, suffering from what I thought might be a hernia, and would like to schedule an appointment. He asked for my name and number, which I provided. He typed on this keyboard for about a minute and then finally said he'd call back to set up an appointment. I asked when he intended to call back and he said, "Sometime today". Its been over two weeks since that phone call and I never heard back from that office. I eventually went to Urgent Care and a nurse thinks its a hematoma, but it hasn't gotten better in the last two weeks. I can't comment on Dr. Williams, herself, as I never got to see her, but her staff is pretty bad at scheduling appointments or calling people back, and that reflects poorly on her.
