Dr. Kinda Hanna Yacoub

She was amazing, caring and down to earth.

I loved Dr Yacoub. I had to search for a new dentist after my old dentist of thirty years retried I went to two other offices on my insurance plan and found them lack luster and trying to sell me on more work than I needed. Dr Yacoub and all her staff are so warm and friendly and pay so much attention to what you need without any pretense. They deal with a lot of children and no wonder. The office is filled with love and caring.

I have been attending this office for over ten years without any problems. Dr. Yacoub always have been caring and responsive to my dental needs.

I just don't understand how someone like her has chosen a job where you work for people but continuous works for herself. The absolute worst dentist ever, she rushes thru procedures, doesn't tell you what she is gonna do versus what you tell her is wrong and she can be unbelievably rude along with her staff which are no better. This place is beyond back dated and there whole set up sucks. Oh and don't arrive too nor too late because they'll make you wait 45+ minutes to be seen even if no one is ahead of you. I won't forget to mention poor hygiene techniques, I've had a cranker sore on several occasions coming here. Enough is enough, can't wait for this place to close.

Dr. Kinda rushes through the service, barely explains what is going on and does not do a good job the first time I had to go again to have my tooth fixed. NOt good at all, very poor healthcare.

I saw Dr. Yacoub this week for a routine cleaning and wish I would have gone anywhere else. When I first arrived the Doctor loudly scolded her staff while I was sitting in the waiting room. She proceeded to run through the cleaning as though she had a plan to catch. To make it worse I was the ONLY person in the office. She scrapped picked and stabbed at my gums though she was taking her fistration on me. They office technology is dated and should have been my first queue to leave. But when the doctor completely missed the fact hat my wisdom teeth are crowning i relaized she couldnt be bothered woth any concerns I had. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
