Dr. Kinjal Raj Parikh, DO

Will never step foot in his office again. Ink exploded in my left shoulder all over my face and shoulder , and simply didn't care about it. Threw items at the wall. Very unprofessional. .. will go to extended lengths to receive care anywhere but where he works.

Dr. Parikh took the time to answer my many questions which resulted in excellent care and informed decisions by me. He also quickly managed my pain to 0.

I've been going to Dr. Parikh for a herniated L5 and he suggested I get a steroid shot. When Scheduling, they give you the quote and ask how you plan to pay for it. I explained I had an HRA account that goes towards co-pays and any added costs up to a certain amount. Once I explained it she said that would be fine and to let the receptionist know when I came in. The day of my appointment I was turned away and told this would not be an acceptable form or payment and would need to pay in full now. I took a day off work and got my self-ready to get a steroid shot only to be turned away when I clearly needed treatment. I called the scheduler back obviously irritated with what just happened (the receptionist made the full payment statement in a way that seemed like a way to get rid of me as I was wearing sweatpants so I could easily get the shot but looked like I would have financial issues if you can picture it). The scheduler has yet to return my call and I've been completely written… off after that. Good start, absolutely terrible finish.
