This doctor is a complete fraud! Rude to patients his EGO is bigger than the hospital itself! Refuses to listen to anything the patient has to say and insults patients throwing in your face that he’s better than you. He also storms out and curses patients when he decides he can care less about your condition and insurance. Writes derogatory information in your chart to retaliate. Avoid this doctor , he’s condescending, Rude and elitist. Zero bedside manners. His EGO like i said is bigger than the hospital itself. One would think he graduated from NYU or Cornell but no, nothing near.

Explained the procedure to me in great detail ! A skilled physician who got the job done !

I do not usually post negative reviews- i just wont go back to a Doctors office or a restaurant- i truly like to praise- BUT in this case - in the case of heart disease- I MUST write a review- so here goes review seeking folks- I do not recommend Dr Kiran Reddy all- he was condescending and answering me in mocking manor-he lacks compassion- and i hope if he reads this he will remember why he became a doctor- cause i do believe that doctors start off with compassion- but once a doctor responds to a patient in a mocking manor- (which i do have recorded) especially a patient new to heart care- should not be in pt care- before i became self employed- i was head of patient experience at many doctor practices- hired to improve office moral- which leads to pt experience- i think we can all agree (as patients) that the way we are treated from making the appointment on the phone straight through to all areas- reception, check in-out process- billing-and the actual office visit with the… medical professional-that the way a pt is treated helps in the healing process- aside from Carrie the PA, and Linda in billing- this practice office would be graded a D in my book- takes 4 days to receive a call back- one can hear office staff speaking about other patients- and the mocking manor which this physician exhibited was too much for be to deal with- see medical doctors and staff work for us....that being said if we were not patients and we did not go the their offices they would not be paid- so they work for us- so this practice would be fired- and has been- by me-i have found another cardiology office that uses a person to answer the phone and was very personable while making my appointment- so far so good- so i do hope this helped you in deciding which heart doctor you should use- what i really hope is that the practice makes the necessary changes to insure the patient as well as the staff has a good experience all around . thank you for reading this review and good luck.
