PA 18914 From the initial appointment to the final dental exam, everyone was thorough, addressed all of my concerns, explained things clearly, were very friendly and courteous. Very happy with the service and personalities of the dental office. I was with my former dental provider for over 20 years but they retired and left the office to less experienced, less diligent and less customer friendly individuals. I found Dentistry by Design through online reviews, a referral from our pediatrician, and proximity to my residence. My first experience with Dentistry by Design was a success. I can see them being my next long term provider in the years to come.

Your office and staff came highly recommended from other family members. I was supposed to have an initial appointment later in the week but had an emergency and you were able to fit me in immediately. I was so impressed and pleased that you were able to correct my issue having never even seen me before.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I even had to bring my young child with me and they made me feel at ease and welcome (and not that he was a bother). That meant a lot to me considering I needed to be seen for a gum issue at the last minute. Great experience overall. I also felt better after leaving the office.

"Due to having bad experiences with my past dentists, I have a hard time trusting anyone working on/in my mouth. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone in this practice. The receptionist, office staff, hygentists, technicians and dentists are very friendly and handle everything with care and attention. The dentist, hygentists and technicians all chat with me on a personal level and make me feel comfortable. I was at the office for a regular exam/cleaning, and they discovered I had a bad infection under my two front bottom teeth. I needed an antibiotic and root canals for both teeth, and due to the infection, the root canals took four visits. Each appointment Dr. Satashia was very thorough in explaining everything to me, and made sure I was comfortable. She is an excellent dentist!! I also received a phone call after the first two appointments to make sure I was okay, b/c they knew I would be in some pain. I really appreciated the care. For two of the appointments (first and last), they were able to change my appointment for days earlier, which was nice to get things finished sooner. They also handled an insurance/billing problem quickly.

I had seamless & painless dental extraction by Dr. Satashia. She was super gentle & careful during procedure. Office was very organized , clean and equipped with latest technology.
