Dr. Kiran F Siddiqui, MD

After one appt for our daughter, we called to follow up based on our conversation about medication (current medication and dosage increase). Dr. Siddiqui never called back. We called again a few days later. Same thing. No return call. Our pharmacy called their office to get authorization for medication and the pharmacy said they never heard back from them. We ended up contacting our daughter's PCP so they could fill the necessary medication for my daughter. I do not recommend Dr. Siddiqui.

Front office is uniformed, uneducated, and is apathetic in regards to maintaining and attaining accurate prescription medication. They have zero interest in medicine, mental illness, and working here is merely a job. They also possess no sense of urgency, are apathetic, and are unable to say “I’m sorry for the mixup, inconvenience, etc. I am leaving this Dr. because of her poor selection of front office staff.
