Without making this long winded... Dr. Parr is AMAZING! As a person, he's super cool. As a doctor, he's very easy to talk too; compassionate, understanding, extremely knowledgeable, analytical. I don't drink don't smoke, don't take pills or drugs and exercise 4 - 5 days a week. Life and genetics has put me in the situation that I need to take blood pressure pills. I went to Dr. Parr telling him that these pills that I'm taking have side effects and make me sick when I try to work out. A doctor that I saw just prior to Dr. Parr, who I'll refer to as "doogie howser" told me/diagnosed me as "most people" and "the general population" and "this works for the mass" and seemed offended because I questioned his diagnoses of me. Dr. Parr looked at me as an individual not "most people". He empathized with what was going on with me and helped me. I thank God for medical insurance and also for great doctors like Dr. Kirk Parr!!!
