Dr. Kirk Alexander Sturridge, MD

Recently my husband came to Dr Sturridge as a new patient. The drive to his office in Dothan was over two hours and the service/treatment provide by Dr. Sturridge was worth every minute of it. The experience was excellent and very positive. With the state-of-the-art equipment and his expertise, I felt very comfortable that my husband had received the best treatment possible for his eyes. We were able to get an appointment in no time with very little time to wait after signing in. He is very compassionate about his patients and their concerns. Dr. Sturridge was very patient and took time to explain/discuss all of my husband’s concerns. He is very knowledgeable and the professionalism displayed by Dr. Sturridge and his staff was truly awesome. Dr. Sturridge, I would like to send a heartfelt thank you to you and your staff and we are very grateful that we were fortunate enough to find a doctor of your caliber. Highly recommended!

The most compassionate and caring Doctor I have ever seen. His genuine careing ways are so evident... He treats every patient like they were a member of his family of origin... Like you were his Mother or Father... Sister or Brother! Your confidence in him grows immeasurably with each meeting.! He is a doctor that other providers should emulate and aspire to be... Simply the best...!

Dr. Sturridge is one of the best doctors I have had the privilege of seeing. His manner is very caring. He always enters with a big smile and a hug. His knowledge and skills are beyond reproach and when I praised him, he was quick to give God the glory also. The only reason I do not give him 5 stars on promptness is because he spends time with his patients, listening and talking with them about any concerns they may have which in turn may make him late for the next appointment. But I definitely don't mind the wait, because I know he is giving others the same compassionate care I will be receiving when it's my turn. He has called, even on the weekend, to check on progress after under going delicate eye surgery. I recommend Dr. Sturridge to anyone that has glaucoma or is in jeopardy of developing it.
