My early work in lactation inspired my career, and as a former scientist, I find it especially rewarding when new research and information can make meaningful changes in my patients’ wellness. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I am passionate about providing accessible, evidence-based perimenopause and menopause care.I also have a strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine and value close collaboration with physical therapy. I will almost never tell someone to give up a sport or activity that brings meaning to their life.I became a certified Lactation Consultant in 2006 and always welcome the opportunity to work with a new baby.In the winter, I coach cross-country skiing at Burlington High School, and in the summer, you'll often find me on the trails mountain biking.
